Maribel fue la primera persona que conocí en Brighton hace diez años y quien me invitó a ver a Weval. Agradecido por poder escuchar música electrónica con un sonido al que no estoy acostumbrado ( mi telefono no es fiel a las ondas). El concierto duró dos horas y a ratos venian los extraterrestres a abducirnos con haces de luz que salen de sus platillos volantes y que se posan sobre la punta de las pirámides de Egipto; ese fue el nivel de voladura que Weval y dos pintas de Guinness nos ofrecieron. Creo que pasé la mayor parte del tiempo con los ojos cerrados, ¡pero mucha gente también! No fue un concierto pequeño, pero a estas alturas ya da igual. Si en Man on Man estábamos 20 o 30, en el Here at Outernet éramos 2000 personas muy bien avenidas.

Maribel is the first person I met in Brighton ten years ago, and she invited me to see Weval. I'm extremely grateful for the experience of being able to listen to electronic music in a venue that I'm not accustomed to. It wasn't a small concert, but at this point, it doesn't really matter! The concert lasted two hours, and at times, the extraterrestrials came to abduct us with those beams of light coming from their flying saucers, clearly settling on the top of the pyramids of Egypt; that was the level of mind-blowing experience that the music and two pints of Guinness offered us. I think I spent most of the time with my eyes closed, but many others did too! If we were 20 or 30 in Man on Man, in Here at Outernet, we were 2000 very well-matched people.
